Timing chip will be used to record the results for 7.4km and 4.9km race. It can time participants’ results accurately with RFID technology.

All participants will be given a bib with timing chip integrated on the back when they collect the runner’s pack. It is for one-time only, participants can take it home as souvenir after the race.

· Attach the pins provided in the runner’s pack to the 4 corners of the bib respectively and attach the bib on the front of the tee. Please make sure the runner’s number must be visible.

· Please do not fold the timing chip.

· Participants must pass through the timing mats located at the starting, turning and finishing points.

· In case of improper use of the timing chip, damages made on the timing chip or participants’ failure to pass through the timing mates, timing results might not be recorded and provided.

· To assist the organizer and medical personnel to contact participants’ relatives or friends in case of emergencies, participants are required to fill in the personal information and emergency contact on the back of the bib with waterproof ink.

Please note that no parking space will be provided for the event. Participants may search for car park services nearby if needed or take other public transport to the event venue.
