1. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior consent of their parents or guardians to participate. Participants and/or their parents or guardians must agree to abide by and accept all terms and conditions introduced by the organizer at the time of submission of registration.
  2. The minimum fundraising amount for Individual, Family (2-3 members), Family (4-6 members) and Corporate & Organization are HK$280, HK$680, HK$1,280 and HK$2,880, respectively.
  3. Each participant must ensure that he/she is in good mental and physical health and is suitable to participate in the event.
  4. The event is voluntary. Participants are willing to bear all risks and responsibilities, and have no right to claim any injuries, accidents, or deaths caused by the event or other reasons from the organizer, including the conference, event planning, and sponsors/supporting organizations or any form of loss claims or accountability.
  5. Participants should ensure that all personal data provided is accurate. If the participant provides incorrect information or does not follow the correct procedures to register, the organizer reserves the right to refuse to his/her application or disqualify the participant concerned.
  6. The participant and the parents or guardians of the participants who aged below 18 shall be responsible for any violations of law or regulations which causes damage and losses to the organizer or any third party.
  7. Participants’ personal data and event records including names, photos and other information might be used for event promotion.
  8. If the participant fails to comply with the event rules, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the participant’s qualification or terminate the participant to continue participating during the event. The decision of the organizer shall be final and irreversible.
  9. The donation will not be refunded if the participant submitted duplicated applications, cannot join the event for any personal reason or is judged as disqualified.
  10. The Organizer will take out Public Liability Insurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance for the event. If deemed necessary, participants shall take out relevant insurance policies on their own at their own expenses.
  11. In the case of force majeure, or if a red or black rainstorm signal, typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 4 hours before the event, the event will be cancelled or terminated and no refund or reschedule of the event will be made.
  12. The electronic Certificate of Completion will be sent out post-event to participants who finished the race within the time limit (excluding the 1.01km Fun Run).
  13. The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The organizer has the final decision on all matters related to the event. Please pay attention to the latest announcement on the event website.

Runner’s Pack Collection Terms and Conditions

  1. Collecting Runner’s Pack is only valid for those who have successfully registered and received confirmation email.
  2. Participants are required to show the confirmation email and the Hong Kong Identity card/passport, in order to redeem your Runner’s Pack.

    • Time: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Venue: Kowloon City District Office – 7/F, Kowloon City Government Offices, 42 Bailey Street, Hung Hom, Kowloo
  1. Runners’ Packs of Family team will be picked up by the main contact person.
  2. Runners’ Packs of Corporate & Organization team will be delivered to the registered address.
  3. Each participant could only collect the Runner’s Pack once.
  4. Participants who successfully enrolled must collect it in person. Participants who do not collect the Runner’s Pack according to the arrangement specified will forfeit the item without being compensated.
  5. If you cannot collect it in person, please complete the authorization form and show your HKID copy upon collection.
  6. Participants who successfully enrolled shall bear any transportation fees, taxes, insurance fees, or other expenses incurred by Runner’s Pack.
  7. To avoid mailing failure or loss of package, we will not mail Runner’s Pack to participants.
  8. Once participants choose their T-Shirt size during registration, no exchange on sizes will be allowed.
  9. The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon reserves the right to terminate, modify or change any gifts, arrangements and terms related to this event without prior notice.
  10. In case of any disputes, the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon will reserve the right to make final decisions, and participants shall not object.
  11. The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon is not responsible for the quality of all gifts and the services of related organizations.
